Construction and Materials
How are your canvas frames made?
We only use the highest quality gallery-grade materials. Our frames are crafted from kiln-dried wood and primed for durability against time. To prevent the frame edges from protruding onto the canvas, they’re constructed with raised lips, solving the issue beautifully.
What kind of canvas do you use?
All our canvases are first-grade cotton/poly blend. They’re coated to provide protection against UV light, fading, and dust damage.
What type of printer and ink do you use?
We utilize the most advanced latex printing technology and inks, which means we use the best available printing equipment.
Will the print be ready to hang?
Our canvas prints are delivered stretched onto a wooden frame and ready to hang.
Maintenance and Repair
I’ve never had a canvas print before – how do I clean it?
Never use any cleaning liquids or compounds. You can use a static electricity dusting cloth or a vacuum cleaner with a brush attachment for gently removing dust.
How long will my canvas print last?
If you hang your print away from direct sunlight, keep it away from moisture and dust, your canvas print will last for years and continue to look as stunning as the first day.
Shipping and Delivery
How much does delivery cost?
Delivery is completely free within the USA, regardless of where you live or the size of your order.
For all other countries, we charge a flat rate shipping fee depending on the location.
Where do you ship?
We ship (almost) anywhere in the world. Upon reaching the checkout page, you’ll see if we ship to your country, or feel free to Contact Us, and we’ll let you know.
Do you ship to PO Boxes?
Unfortunately, we cannot ship to PO boxes. Delivery must be made to a physical address. We’re happy to deliver to your company or work address as well.
How will my package be delivered?
For most orders, especially those containing larger prints, we arrange courier delivery to your doorstep. Make sure to include delivery instructions if you’re not home, as our couriers won’t leave parcels unattended without your approval.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery usually takes about 7-10 business days from the moment you place your order.
