While we’re confident you’ll love your purchase, we understand accidents can happen. Our aim is to simplify this process for you! Please be aware that these terms do not impact your legal rights.

Defective or Damaged Items

We take pride in our product quality. Should you receive a faulty or damaged print, we’ll swiftly replace it at no cost.

In the event of obvious and significant damage to the packaging or item upon arrival, kindly photograph the damage, reject the delivery, and promptly reach out to us.

If you discover damage post-delivery, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your print at support@popcas.com, and we’ll gladly assist. If a return is necessary, we’ll cover the cost.

All prints should accurately match what’s displayed on our website. If you’re dissatisfied due to misrepresentation, contact us at support@popcas.com for a priority reprint, free of charge.

Cancellation and Amendments

As we customize each order, cancellations or alterations (including print selection and size) are not possible once placed. We can update email and shipping addresses until dispatch, so please notify us promptly.

Change of Heart

Since we print to order, refunds or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect size selection aren’t feasible.

We recommend taking time to select the perfect print, or seek our advice for a second opinion. Ensure careful measurement; try using a paper cutout to visualize the print’s size on your wall.
