30-day returns

If you're not in love with your canvas, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Items must be in their original condition and packaging.

EU right of withdrawal

Customers in the European Union have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, in line with EU consumer law. This is in addition to our 30-day return window.

Email us at info@popcas.com with your order number and we'll guide you through the process.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund is issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, contact us within 14 days and we'll make it right at no cost to you.
