Distance Sales Agreement
1. Parties
This Distance Sales Agreement ("Agreement") is concluded between the Seller and the Buyer through the popcas.com website at the moment the Buyer confirms and pays for an order.
Seller:
Buyer: the person placing the order, whose name, address and contact details are provided at checkout.
2. Subject
The subject of this Agreement is the sale and delivery of the canvas wall-art product(s) the Buyer orders through the website, and the parties' rights and obligations under consumer protection legislation regarding distance contracts.
3. Product, price and payment
The type, size, quantity and sale price of the product(s), including taxes, are as shown on the order summary confirmed by the Buyer. All prices are in US Dollars (USD) and include shipping to supported regions. Payment is made online by card through the payment provider PayTR; the order is confirmed once payment is completed.
4. Delivery
The product is delivered by courier to the address provided by the Buyer, within approximately 5–8 business days after the order is prepared (1–2 business days). Shipping to the United States, Canada and Europe is free and included in the price. The Buyer should check the package on delivery and report any transit damage.
5. Right of withdrawal
The Buyer may withdraw from this Agreement within 14 days of receiving the product without giving any reason, by notifying the Seller at info@popcas.com. The product must be returned unused and in its original condition. Upon valid withdrawal, the Seller refunds the total amount to the Buyer's payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned product. Popcas additionally offers a 30-day return window as described in the Returns & Refunds policy.
6. Exceptions to withdrawal
As our canvases are standard catalogue products (not personalised or custom-made to the Buyer's specifications), the standard right of withdrawal above applies. Products damaged through misuse after delivery may not be eligible for refund.
7. Default
If the Seller cannot deliver the product due to unavailability, it will inform the Buyer and refund the total amount within 14 days. If the Buyer defaults on payment, the Seller's obligations under this Agreement end.
8. Dispute resolution
For complaints, the Buyer may contact info@popcas.com. Consumers may also apply to the competent Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts in the Republic of Türkiye within the annually announced monetary limits.
9. Governing law and entry into force
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye and enters into force when the Buyer confirms the order and completes payment. A copy is available to the Buyer on this page at any time.
