Pre-Contractual Information Form

This form provides the information you are entitled to receive before placing an order, in accordance with consumer protection legislation. Please read it together with our Distance Sales Agreement before completing your purchase.

2. Products and price

The basic characteristics of the product(s) (design, size and material — 100% cotton canvas, hand-finished, ready to hang) are shown on the relevant product page. All prices are displayed in US Dollars (USD), include applicable taxes, and include shipping to our supported regions. The total amount payable is shown on the order summary before you confirm your order.

3. Payment

Payment is collected securely online by card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) through our payment provider PayTR. Your card details are processed by the payment provider and are not stored by Popcas. The order is confirmed once payment is successfully completed.

4. Delivery

• Delivery method: shipped by courier, carefully packed and ready to hang.
• Delivery area: United States, Canada and Europe. Shipping is free — the price you see includes delivery.
• Delivery time: orders are prepared in 1–2 business days and delivered in approximately 5–8 business days with tracking.
• Delivery is made to the address provided by the buyer at checkout.

5. Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, notify us by email at info@popcas.com within the period. The product must be returned unused and in its original condition. We separately offer a 30-day return window as described in our Returns & Refunds policy.

6. How to return

After notifying us, you will receive return instructions by email. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, the refund is issued to your original payment method within 14 days.

7. Complaints and disputes

For any complaint, contact us first at info@popcas.com. Consumers may also apply to the competent Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts in the Republic of Türkiye up to the monetary thresholds announced each year.

8. Validity

This information form is valid indefinitely from the date of publication and forms an integral part of the Distance Sales Agreement.
